Continued from part 1…..
After we are done with my last few we-fies as a single woman, it’s time for the march in.

Arrival of guests…

I was checked by my makeup artist, hair stylist and my church elder to ensure that everything is in place. Holding my hand bouquet, I crossed arms with my father, who will walk me down the aisle and hand me over to Shawn to signify that he has from thereon handed me over to the care of my husband-to-be.

As we started to march in, my church elder gave a face of stark realisation and as if praying for something to magically appear, he asked: ‘ Where’s your veil?’
I smiled as my mind went blank and I thought he was giving me some well-wishes.
He asked again: ‘ Where’s your veil?’ – this time with a slight tinge of concerned (and horror) on his face.
I replied, still smiling: ‘ What Veil??!!’

My dad had to translate to me in Chinese before I finally registered what happened : ‘ ????????????’
I went like: ‘ OH NOOOO!! HOW??!!’
So we turned back and left everyone in the sanctuary quizzed. As we hurried back to the room, I could see Vinna and Louisa hurriedly shuffling towards me with my veil and within  a matter of few seconds, the veil was on me and I was ready to march in. I could still remember the embarrassment and the laughter! Too bad all these were not captured on video! But what a moment to remember!

After that Shawn told me that when I turned back with me father and walked out of the sanctuary, our paster poked fun at him and asked what he did that I am now running away from my wedding 😛
Here’s the rest of the photos, just a gallery and a thousand word from each picture 🙂

After Party!!!!

After which, I changed into my second gown for dinner! The official photographer did not capture the second dress. Thank you to all my friends who helped me with the photos and memories!

Thank you all who came and helped out at my wedding! Looking forward to our Bridal Photoshot and Banquet next year! 😀
