Ohhhhh my my my huge joy when I received this press kit… I am a huge fan of Crabtree & Evelyn foods with a whole collection of tins to prove my loyalty 😛 So imagine my happiness when I unboxed the package ^.^
This month, Crabtree & Evelyn SG introduces tasty new products to their Fine Foods Collection. Afternoon tea has now become a very much looked forward to affair on days when I worked from home. I was spoilt with beautiful preserves, fine flavoured teas and crumbly, buttery baked shortbread, an absolutely indulgent treat.
And… that precious English teacup… how did Crabtree & Evelyn knew that my favourite colour is mint green?!

| Handmade Raspberry & Lime Preserve
Hand-cooked in the heart of a countryside, Crabtree & Evelyn preserves are made using age-old cooking skills and painstaking fruit selection process to ensure the highest quality of depth and flavour. It’s not too sweet, not too sour, just nice and tastes so fresh it brings a smile to my face. Just like the Strawberry & Rose Water Preserve and Wild Blueberry & Lavender Preserve, I like to enjoy my jam with scones and butterscotch fingers. I also throw a teaspoon into my yogurt to add a fruity flavour. | Handmade Shortbread Fingers with Demerara Sugar.
Every Shortbread finger in the beautiful tin box is a work of art. Handmade in a small family-run bakery based in Scotland, the house’s small team of highly skilled bakers pick the finest ingredients and cut each biscuit by hand mid-way through baking. This is the traditional method of making shortbread fingers! Made without artificial colours, favours or preservatives, I like to imagine the scene of hardworking bakers in snow white tall hats deeply engaged into their works of art. What a vivid scene, I could almost smell the sweet warm buttery air! All these visions must be sent from the rich buttery crunch of the C&E shortbread fingers. A tea time indulgence indeed! | Green Mint Tea
I love butterflies and seeing a big blue butterfly on the packaging make me happy! Crabtree & Evelyn teas and infusions are meticulously selected and created by tea experts with over 80 years of blending experience. These are the upgraded versions of the previous flat rectangle tea bags. With individually tagged large leaf pyramid bags, C&E teas now have better flavours and I can attest to that! Having 2 boxes of C&E previous version of Green Mint Tea bags, the new generation definitely deliver a stronger and more refreshing aroma. Still, I’ll treasure my old rectangle version of C&E Green Mint Tea for travel purposes – can’t live without tea!
